Gregory Fine started his real estate career back in 2009 when he was General Counsel to the Nassau County Planning Commission. Mr. Fine then went on to be the Director of Real Estate Development at Shuster Development. While working at Shuster Development, Gregory Fine obtained his Broker license in 2015. He decided to obtain the license for one reason: passion for real estate and helping others. Since then, Mr. Fine quickly became a marketing and sales expert in residential and commercial real estate.
Fine Point Realty, under Mr. Fine’s leadership, have maintained their reputation as one of the preeminent marketing, leasing and sales organizations in the New York Tri-state area. Mr. Fine believes in knowing the market through analytical research and facts and then providing clients “Fine Living”.
